Breakfast was great, although I missed having waffles with breakfast. Like we had during our last stay with you. Should be added back to the menu. Also condensed milk should be available for oatmeal. My room was great with minor concern. Shower curtains should be changed for a new one, if stains at the bottom lining are unable to remove after cleaning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a free airport shuttle and they had a shuttle to the cruise port but I had to pay for that. Not a lot though.

I liked the warm family feeling when I entered the hotel and the warm atmosphere. It was a fantastic family trip for my family and I. We would most definitely recommend staying here for all your needs when traveling.

They were extremely accommodating to cruise guests. We got there at 11am and they held our bags for us until our room was ready. Even got us on an early check in list and we got our room at 2pm. Breakfast was great. Free shuttle to the airport was fantastic.

I loved how quiet and COLLLD the room was. I was glad to get to a hotel who's a/c worked. The staff was super sweet.

We only stayed there for a night after our cruise. We weren't there long enough to really explore the area or to use any of the hotel facilities. The front desk staff was very accommodating in trying to get our room ready before the 3pm check-in time.

The staff was friendly... and the fact that it's close to almost everything you need without having to drive a long distance.
